Our aim as a business is to provide high-quality tree care services to our customers at an affordable price, using a combination of traditional skills and newer techniques to minimise risk and maximise safety at all times.

Though we provide a full range of services, we are also small enough to give our customers individual attention and a more personal service, which often isn't available from larger companies. We have a flexible approach towards our work and are always happy to discuss any special requirements our customers may have.

Our approach to work

Site visit

It begins with a comprehensive consultation process, provided free of charge, which includes a visit to the work - arranged a time convenient to you. The in-person inspection allows for a full understanding of the nature of the job and for an aligning of expectations.

Quotation

This is then followed up with a free quotation; this is often discussed at the time of our in-person inspection, and is then followed up with a more detailed quotation in the post or via email.

Work starts

A final agreement is then made, after which the work can start. We typically encourage our customers to keep in touch with us during the work phase... this is because we can always change something that we had agreed on previously, although we can't stick a tree back up!
